We celebrated Maths Week on the 13th of October. We did Lego Spike, IZAK-9s and a Maths Trail. We did all of the activities in groups of 2 or 3. We all worked really hard to solve the problems. When we were doing the maths trail we got to go around the school yard which was really fun! For the IZAK-9s we had to remember the pattern. It was tricky but fun. After, we had to get it into the same shape it was at the start. For the Lego Spike we had to work with the person beside us to make a ferry. We programmed them on the iPads to push the ferry into the water. Everyone thought it was very enjoyable and we are all very excited for next years maths week! Written by Éabha R & Réiltín
